HI!!!! Sorry for the ultra mega late reply! I have to admit I’m not too well versed in Chinese mythology, but I think I can answer this question at least

We don’t really know the exact age of Nezha, but most texts portray him as looking like a child after he attained godhood so it’s assumed that he just kept looking like that age + he got his hair is tied up into 2 buns (called zong jiao or 總角) which is an indication of a 9-13 year old during ancient china.

So I mean… hes definitely centuries old but….he does look eternally like a child
